Data we may process
- Account data: email, customer identifier, encrypted password or access mechanisms, and session status.
- Contact and profile data: first name, surname, company, telephone number, language, Minecraft nickname and operational preferences.
- Billing data: tax name, tax/VAT number, country, address, city, province, postcode, orders, amounts, renewals and refunds.
- Technical service data: purchased plan, configuration, server, IP/port, backups, technical logs, installation status, tickets and support evidence.
- Payment data: Stripe may process card, transaction, fraud and verification data. QHItech does not store the full card number.
- Browsing and cookie data: the data described in the Cookie Policy.
Purposes
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Manage orders, payments, billing, renewals, upgrades, expiry, retention and service reactivation.
- Provision, operate, monitor, repair and protect Minecraft servers and other purchased digital services.
- Provide support, handle tickets, investigate incidents and communicate relevant operational notices.
- Meet tax, accounting, legal and security obligations.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, attacks, infrastructure misuse and unauthorised access.
- Improve the product using aggregated technical and operational information, without selling personal data to third parties.
Legal basis
- Performance of a contract: to provide the requested service and manage the account, orders, support, installation and continuity.
- Legal compliance: for tax, accounting, billing, record-retention and regulatory-request obligations.
- Legitimate interest: for security, abuse prevention, operational monitoring, service improvement and protection of QHItech and its customers.
- Consent: for non-essential cookies, non-essential communications or processing activities that require it.
Providers and processors
To provide the service, QHItech may rely on technical, infrastructure, payment, email, support and automation providers. Documented or planned providers include:

When a provider acts as a data processor, QHItech will seek to ensure an appropriate contractual basis and reasonable security measures are in place.
Retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain the account, deliver support, meet legal obligations and defend potential claims. Tax and billing data will be retained for the applicable statutory periods.
Backups, technical logs and operational evidence will be retained according to the purchased plan, the technical retention policy and security or support needs.
User rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@qhitech.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing enough information to identify your account.
You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe that the processing does not comply with applicable law.
Security
QHItech applies technical and organisational measures designed to protect accounts, services, backups, operations, panel access, payments and support. No system is infallible, but QHItech will review real incidents and act to correct faults affecting the service, security or customers.
