Prepare Minecraft to play with mods

Some QHItech templates install mods on the server. To join without errors, your local Minecraft installation must use the same version, the same loader and the mods specified by your service.

Recommended steps

The QHItech pack is not a fixed public download: it is generated from your own service so that it matches the template, version and validated mods.

  1. In My services, click Prepare client mods on the server that has a modded template.
  2. In the pop-up, click Download QHItech pack. El ZIP incluye una carpeta mods/, manifest and instructions.
  3. Install the loader specified by your template: Fabric, Forge or NeoForge.
  4. Copy the .jar from the ZIP into the folder .minecraft/mods from the correct profile.
  5. Launch Minecraft with that profile and connect to your server address.
Windows

The folder is usually located at %appdata%\.minecraft\mods. Si no existe, crea la carpeta mods.

Not all servers require mods

Pure Vanilla and Optimised Normal work with standard Minecraft. Only prepare mods when the service displays the specific button.

Same version

Do not mix versions: a mod for a different Minecraft version may cause a disconnection or protocol error.

Official downloads

QHItech provides the pack directly for convenience. We also show official links for transparency.

If you join a server that requires client mods using standard Minecraft, you may be disconnected immediately. That does not necessarily mean the server is down: your local Minecraft installation may still need to be prepared.
